Right of return

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover return shipping if the return was due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your package being handed over to the return sender. However, in many cases, you will receive your refund sooner. This time includes the transit time until we receive your return from the sender (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return after we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, access the order using the "Complete Orders" link in the "My Account" menu, and click the "Return Item" button. Once we receive and process the returned item, we'll notify you of your refund via email.

Shipment

We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Please note that restrictions apply to some products, and some cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, estimated shipping dates may be displayed on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that shipping costs for many of the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of such items can be found on the respective item's detail page. To comply with the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the nearest whole pound.
