Processing time:

Our products are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase, Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.

Order value: from €50.00 = Shipping costs €0.00 (Free shipping)

Shipping information:

Shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, and some packages may be delayed. If this happens, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the potential delivery delay.

Once the package has been shipped, it is no longer in our hands and we have no control over its delivery. However, if rerouting or other changes are necessary, we will communicate with the postal services to make the necessary changes.

If you have not received your package after the delivery time has expired, please contact us and provide your order number so we can track your shipment.

Shipment tracking:

All shipments include tracking and you will be notified via email or text message once we have dispatched your products. Some orders may require multiple shipments, and if so, you will receive additional tracking once the product has been dispatched.
