Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item is in the same condition in which you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. We will also require your receipt or proof of purchase.

The processing time for a return request is approximately 2-4 days. Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with a return label and instructions for shipping your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants), personalized products (e.g., special orders, custom-made items), and personal care products (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us in advance.
Please note that special offers and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges: To ensure a faster process for the desired item, we recommend returning the item you already own first. After your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
14-day right of withdrawal within the European Union: According to European Union regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take longer for the refund to be posted.
