Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Returns of perishable goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, store credits, and digital or downloadable products are not accepted. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To return a product, please submit a return request to our customer service team at ughawk7@gmail.com. We will then provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with further return instructions. Returns can be accepted only within Europe (shipping from and to a European address).

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment.

In certain cases, we may offer you a store credit instead of a refund, which you may choose to accept. We also reserve the right to issue a partial refund if items are returned in a non-original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts — unless the issue is due to our error.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the gift voucher will be sent to you by email.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was originally shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
